Servers
Primary server is located in Eastern Time Zone with a redundant backup server in the Pacific Time Zone. Backup server is hot swappable.

Backups
Backups are run ten (10) times daily (M-F). Four (4) weekly backups run on consecutive weekends and two (2) monthly backups.

Secure FTP Site
CSC maintains a secure FTP site for electronic placements of new accounts and access to client reports.

CSC provides online access to our clients for easy, up-to-date availability to account activity and performance reports.

Consumers have 24/7 access to our online payment portal so that they can make payments anytime from their cell phone, tablet, or computer.
